  • Rudolph Hirt — President

    Rudy’s warm and inviting approach to people tells you a lot about a company like TMN Commercial. Since October 1979, his primary responsibilities have included corporate strategy and the efficient interaction between company sales, construction operations and administration departments. Rudy is involved directly in commercial project land acquisition, land planning, zoning, design, specifications, budgeting and overall construction management. He meets with architects, engineers and government agencies to assist customers in “value engineering” their projects.

    Rudy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree from Michigan State University in 1977, is a founding member of the Capital Area Construction Council at Michigan Works! and has served as president and a board member of the Greater Lansing Home Builders Association. He is also a past board member of the Michigan Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Home Builders. He was a founding member of the advisory council of the Housing Education and Research Center at Michigan State University.

    Rudy enjoys family, bicycling, backpacking, winter sports, travel, anything that takes him outdoors, and events his two sons are involved in. Make sure you say “Hi” when you see him. He is easy to spot. He is the warm, friendly guy everybody is talking to.

  • Jeffrey Shapiro — Vice President

    Everyone knows Jeff. He is a licensed builder and broker with over 25 years of expertise building, leasing and managing properties in mid-Michigan. Jeff has long been a specialist in commercial office design and leasing, as well as land planning and development, and makes a valuable team member assessing the marketability of your property. Jeff is a past president of the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year in 2001. No one brings more to the table than Jeff when it comes to helping people find the perfect fit for their commercial building and leasing needs.

  • Ernest Heleski — Controller

    Ernie is the guy responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of accounting and administrative functions at TMN Commercial. His easy manner and careful attention to detail make him the perfect person to handle the finances of a multifaceted construction, leasing and property management company. He is also responsible for project administration which includes bidding, cost control, material orders and scheduling of all deliveries for both the commercial and residential divisions. Ernie has been with TMN for more than ten years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Ferris State University and was granted his Michigan CPA in 1989. Ernie enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing and do-it-yourself projects…(you know, the ones that require an easy going personality and attention to detail).

  • Charles Weaver — Vice President – Construction

    27 years experience with TMN Builders, Inc.

    Chuck is the on-site construction project manager. He is responsible for management of day-to-day construction. He ensures quality control and construction code compliance. He is also in charge of scheduling all of the subcontractors that will be working on your project from start to finish.

  • Chad Jones — Service Manager

    If and when problems arise, Chad is most likely to be the face you’ll see at your door. He joined TMN in November 1999 upon completing four years in the U.S. Marine Corps (‘94-’98) and now enjoys coaching kids’ sports and spending time with his family.

  • Bill Paterick — Associate Broker

    With over 31 years of professional service in leasing and office space design, Bill has been involved with a wide range of commercial office projects. Bill is a TMN veteran and is a Life Member of the President’s Million Dollar Club.

  • Steve Slater — Associate Broker

    Steve joined TMN in 2008 continuing a productive career in Commercial Real Estate in the Mid-Michigan area for over 25 years. His expertise and broad client base make him a savvy advocate for you when it comes to designing an efficient and effective business office environment. He will demonstrate for you how the TMN Commercial Flex-Lease program can adjust to fit your business needs over the long haul.

  • Kim Fouts — Assistant Controller

    For over 21 years Kim has helped manage accounting and financial transactions at TMN. She also provides technical support helping provide the business principals with timely information. In her spare time Kim enjoys photography, camping and crafts.

  • Jill Green — Lead Property Manager

    Jill is the Lead Property Manager for TMN Commercial. She is the tenant liaison as well as coordinator of services for all properties and associations that TMN manages. She is also responsible for the accounting for each of these entities. Jill’s prior positions included sales for a Midwestern software company and work for two advertising agencies, D. Green Advertising and Fahrenheit Creative Group, where she provided creative support, client relations and handled all accounting and financial management.

  • Ryan Shapiro — Real Estate Specialist

    The newest edition to the TMN Commercial team. Ryan has been involved in Real Estate for a number of years starting his career on the west coast before coming back to the Lansing area. His warm and inviting personality will make you feel comfortable and confident that you’re getting the best service and most current information about market trends and available space in the locations you desire.

  • Kelly Krebill — Marketing Assistant and Receptionist

    As the Marketing Assistant and Receptionist for TMN Commercial, Kelly aids in all marketing strategies in order to promote our commercial buildings and residential homes. She creates all marketing materials to promote TMN to prospective buyers, current tenants and the Greater Lansing community. Kelly graduated from Michigan State University in May 2013 with a degree in Advertising (concentration in Management) and a degree in English (concentration in Creative Writing).
